Birthday celebration

As yesterday was my birthday Collyn did a little planning for us to have dinner and listen to music with some friends. We met up at a restaurant in San Clemente that we had been to a few times before, and after a long and entertaining dinner we drove to a nearby restaurant and bar for some music with Nathan James. He has a regular Thursday gig that Collyn and go to about once a month, and this year it fell on my birthday.

I had a short day at work as we were on a vacation early dismissal schedule as today is Good Friday, which we have off. Since I didn't teach the last class and all of the after school meeting and such were canceled, I got to leave early and enjoy my afternoon. Collyn and I spent some of the afternoon putting together a frame collage for the living room, as we have lots of frames. I ordered some wedding prints to put in them, so sometime next week the prints will come in and I will get them all hung.
